1. What are the requirements to enter the Thompson’s @Nature Experience" 2021 promotion?

To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Participating Product (as defined in Annexure A of the terms and conditions) from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction"). A participating retailer is any retailer in Australia and New Zealand that stocks the Promoter’s products and displays material advertising the promotion ("Participating Retailers"). In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to them it is the individual’s responsibility to request one. To enter, individuals must then visit www.thompsonswin.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including full name, residential address, phone number, upload a copy of their purchase receipt when prompted, (Max file size 2MB, formats JPG, TIF, BMP, PNG & PDF) agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then submit the fully completed online entry form

2. When will the competition start and end?

Entries into the promotion open on 05/08/2021 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/10/2021 ("Promotional Period").

3. What is a Qualifying Purchase?

Purchase a Thompson’s branded product, as per Annexure A – Participating Products in the terms and conditions

4. Where will the competition run?

In participating retailers. A participating retailer is any retailers in Australia and New Zealand that stocks the Promoter’s products and displays material advertising the promotion ("Participating Retailers").

5. Who can enter the promotion?

Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. NB Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (as defined) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

6. How do I enter the promotion?

To enter, individuals must then visit www.thompsonswin.com, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including full name, residential address and phone number, upload a copy of their purchase receipt when prompted and then submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.

7. Can I send my entry via post?

No all entries must be submitted online at www.thompsonswin.com

8. How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction); and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

9. How and when are prizes awarded?

Entries will be divided into groups according to the entrant’s place of residence being either Australia or New Zealand. There will be five (5) minor draws conducted for the entries received in each jurisdiction during the Promotional Period ("Minor Draws") and there will be one (1) major draw conducted for all entries received in each jurisdiction during the Promotional Period ("Major Draw"). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Minor Draw will open at 12am and close at 11.59pm based on NSW local time on the dates outlined in the table below

10. What can I win?

The first ten (10) valid entries drawn from Australia and the first four (4) valid entries drawn from New Zealand in each Minor Draw will each win an AUD$100 RedBalloon voucher. For clarity there are a total fifty (50) $100 RedBalloon vouchers awarded in Australia across all five (5) Minor Draws and a total of twenty (20) $100 RedBalloon vouchers awarded in New Zealand across all five (5) Minor Draws. The first valid entry drawn from Australia and the first valid entry drawn from New Zealand in the Major Draw will each win an AUD$4,000 Flight Centre voucher.

11. How and when will the winners be informed?

Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw. Winner’s names will be published online at www.thompsonswin.com on 17/11/2021.

12. Do I need to keep my receipt?

Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

13. How long should my prize take to arrive?

Once your entry has been validated your prize will be mailed to the address provided on the entry form, Prizes will be delivered to each winner within 28 days of being verified.
